At The Collaroy Centre, groups can explore a diverse range of engaging activities designed to push limits, develop teamwork, and foster connection. From adrenaline-pumping adventures like abseiling and the giant swing to outdoor challenges and creative offsite excursions, every experience can be customised to your group’s needs. Evening activities, including trivia and night hikes, round out the day, ensuring a memorable stay. Whether on-site or at nearby beaches, each activity is crafted to create fun, learning, and lasting bonds.

Experience The Collaroy Centre, where you can host camps, conferences, or retreats with accommodation for up to 440 guests.

Our Cabins offer modern amenities and can host over 380 people. Each of the five cabin blocks has 10 rooms with bunk beds, catering to 6-8 guests per room, all featuring ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning for comfort.

For a more refined option, our Hotel rooms provide spacious, contemporary styling in a tranquil setting. All 30 rooms feature two king single beds, with some offering beautiful ocean views.

Many of you would recognise this friendly face from around site, whether she was whizzing around on the buggy, doing billions of loads of laundry or generally lending a hand to all guests and colleagues alike. Petra we are going to miss you immensely, and thank you for your incredible hard work over these 14+ years! Now rest, relax and enjoy your incredible upcoming holiday with your family 🩷

To ensure child safety at the Centre, we have implemented the following measures:
  1. Staff Screening and Training:
    • All employees have completed both a Working with Children Check and a Fit2Work check.
    • Staff are required to complete the SafeGuarding@TSA training.
    • The Centre is registered to conduct Working with Children checks for all employees.
  2. Policies and Procedures:
    • A comprehensive Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy is in place, supported by an appropriate Divisional Safeguarding Consultant.
    • Mandatory reporting and procedures for reportable offences are strictly enforced.
  3. Supervision and Identification:
    • Staff are easily identifiable by their uniforms and/or nametags.
    • Contractors and visitors must be accompanied and/or monitored by a TCC staff member at all times while onsite.
    • Staff are not permitted to be alone with a participant. For example, when cleaning rooms, staff must knock and only enter if the room is vacant.
  4. Transportation Safety:
    • Transportation of minors in a Centre vehicle is only allowed when no other feasible option is available.

We provide complimentary equipment for a variety of activities, including tennis, basketball, and other outdoor games.
