Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

At The Collaroy Centre, we prioritise the health and well-being of all our guests by carefully accommodating allergies and food intolerances in our menu. Our culinary team is well-versed in preparing meals that meet diverse dietary requirements, using strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination. We provide a variety of delicious and safe options tailored to individual needs so that everyone can dine comfortably and worry-free. We can accommodate common dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, red meat-free, pork-free, and no seafood.

Important Note

We are a Nut-Aware site. We are unable to guarantee that our food is free of traces of nuts.

Dietary Requirements and Considerations

We understand that everyone has unique dietary needs. To ensure we can cater to your specific requirements, please inform us of any dietary restrictions at least two weeks prior to your arrival. If the Centre is not informed in advance, there will be an additional charge of $10 per person per day for this special service.

Common Dietary Needs

We can accommodate common dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, red meat-free, pork-free, and no seafood. While we strive to accommodate all dietary needs, certain highly specialized or multiple dietary requirements, as well as severe allergies, may require guests to bring their own provisions. These can be safely stored and prepared in our dining room facilities.

Allergies and Intolerances

We take food allergies and intolerances seriously. If you or any member of your group has a food allergy or intolerance, please inform us in advance. For severe allergies, such as anaphylaxis, an up-to-date ASCIA Action Plan from your doctor is required. You must carry your EpiPen at all times, and a copy of the action plan should be provided to your group leader and our catering staff.

Child Supervision

For guests under 18, a designated adult must supervise mealtimes to ensure children with dietary restrictions receive appropriate food.
