In addition to the range of unique and exciting adventure activities we facilitate at The Collaroy Centre, our 10-hectare site has a number of spaces you can use at your leisure, free of charge.
From an outdoor theatre, to places to worship in nature, even a laundry facility, The Collaroy Centre has it all.
Gathering Areas
Outdoor Amphitheatre
Our open-air amphitheatre, complete with shaded seating, is the perfect venue for group briefings, stage performances, or simply relaxing and socialising. This communal space can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people on our artificial turf steps.

Bush Chapel
Our secluded bush chapel provides a tranquil space for quiet retreat, reflection, and spiritual connection.
Hang Out Area
Our Hangout Area is the ideal spot for group breaks, birthday parties, social gatherings, and meaningful connections.

Yarning Circle
Our yarning circle is a space for open and respectful dialogue, where people can come together to listen, learn, and connect.
Chess Board
Our chess area is a great space to relax and have fun with friends, or it can be used as a perfect spot for group breakouts.
Beach
Collaroy Beach is just a few steps away from our Centre, where you can enjoy sun-drenched days swimming, surfing, or relaxing—perfect for a beach getaway. With patrolled beaches from late September to late April, swimming pools, shops, and restaurants, Collaroy offers everything you need. Explore the nearby Long Reef and Narrabeen Lagoon for even more coastal adventures.

Tennis & Basketball Court
Have a hit, shoot some hoops or play other ball games on our full-sized court! Take advantage of our range of complimentary sports equipment, put your downtime to good use or get some exercise in between seminar sessions. Complimentary equipment is available.
Oval
We’ve got a huge range of adventure activities, but if you’re looking for something simple or to have a good old game of soccer, cricket or just a runaround, our oval is the perfect place!
Ideal for clearing your head, spending your free time or even playing facilitated games with our complimentary sports equipment, the oval allows you to take in the beauty of our grounds and let off steam.
